10 eggs
10-12 slices bread
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 cup half and half (may use milk)
1 tsp mustard
garlic salt
salt and pepper
Optional: meat of choice, onion, green pepper, mushrooms. Corn flakes, chips or ritz crackers on top

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. Cube bread. Mix eggs, half and half, mustard, salt and pepper and garlic in blender. Brown meat if used and drain. Layer bread, meat, cheese, etc at least twice the pour egg mixture over top. Top with corn flakes, chips, ritz crackers if you desire. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until eggs are done.
