2 pkg. frozen spinach - drained
3 cup. sour cream
2 cup mayo
2 pkg. veggie soup mix
2 cans water chestnuts
4 scallions - finely chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together & pour into hollowed pumpernickle loaf.
