3 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cup sugar
3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup milk
3 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except apples,nuts and raisins. Combine these separately. Then add to batter. Do not use mixer for this part. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased tube pan.
Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
Cook 2 1/2 minutes and pour on cooled cake.
