2 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 cup flour
1 t. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/4 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts - pecans

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, pineapple. Blend in flour, soda & salt. Add nuts. Bake in 9x13 greased pan at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes.
When cool frost with topping:
1 1lb box confect. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine(soft)
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 tsp vanilla - use mixer
If too thick add milk or cream 1 T. at a time.
