fry 3/4 lb of bacon - remove from pan, cut in small pieces, crumble return to frying pan. Add 3 T. flour. turn off.
Mix together : 6 eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
2 cup water

return bacon to heat, slowly add mixture to bacon flour mixture, stir until thick.
