2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp minced parsley
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cram

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until chilled. Serve as small finger sandwiches or on crackers for an appetizer.
