quart-size Ziploc freezer bag
2 lg. or extra lg. eggs
cheese, onions, green pepper, bacon bits, ham, hash browns, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Write names on Ziploc bags with magic marker. Put eggs into the bag (no more than 2). Shake and combine. Add cheese, meat, vegetables as desired. Remove all air from bag and zip it up (make sure bag is closed tight). Place bag in rolling boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. Open bag and omelet will roll out.
