1 cup Minute Rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg - beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix minute rice, raw hamburger meat, egg, salt, onion, marjoram, black pepper, 1/2 cup tomato juice together. Place in skillet. Add sugar to remaining 2 cups of tomato juice and pour over meatballs. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
2 - 8oz. cans tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 cup water can be used instead of tomato juice.
Can be made ahead and frozen.
