Apple Fritters Recipe

2 to 3 Apples pealed, cored and cut into rings
1/2 c milk
1 egg lightly beaten
2 t sugar
1 t ground cinnamon
1 c sour cream
1 c self rising flour
Vegetable oil for frying
1 small pk vanilla pudding
4 to 6 oz cool whip
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Mix pudding, cool whip, pineapple and marshmallows to blend well. Refrigerate for several hours or over night. Mix milk, egg, sugar, cinnamon, sour cream and flour and set aside. Dip each apple ring into mixture and deep fry until golden brown. Top each ring with pudding mix and serve.
