3 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt). Combine margarine, sugar, and eggs, also milk. Add to the dry mixture. When mixed, add raisins. Bake in greased muffin pan at 375 for 35 minutes. Yields 24. Can be baked in an 8-inch cake pan, if desired, to make a bread. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
