Sheet cake pan1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2cup brown sugar
1/2 butter or oleo
Mix together until crumbly , using mixer at low speed. press into 9 by 13 ungreased pan.
Bake at 350 12 to 15 min, it will burn easy, so watch close.
Continue:
2 cups pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs.
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp..cinnamon.
1/2 tsp ginger
Combine ingredients, beat well. Pour over crust
and bake 20 min.
Last step, 1/2 sup pecans , 1/2 brown sugar , 2Tsp.butter . sprinkle over the top, until filling sets.
Bake 20 min.
Cool cut into squares.
