Raspberry Salad Recipe

1/2 C & 1 tbsp margarine
1 C flour
1/2 C & 1 tbsp sugar
2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 large raspberry jello (6 oz)
2 10 oz. pkgs frozen raspberries

1st Layer - Mix together
margarine melted
1 tbsp sugar
Put in greased 9X13 pan (glass)
Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees

2nd Layer:
Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese, salt and vanilla. Fold in cool whip.
Put on 1st layer after it has cooled.

3rd Layer:
Mix jello and 1/2 C sugar. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Mix in raspberries. Put on top of 2nd layer after it has chilled.

Chill until jello has set.

I have used frozen strawberries and strawberry jello as well. I have also used this as a dessert.
