1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 3-4 small bunches green onions 4 small pkg Buddig beef or corned beef
Clean onions and cut about an inch in length. Take one slice of meat and fold it in half. Spread cream cheese on meat, place onion on cream cheese, roll meat around onion and stick a tooth pick through the roll to hold in place.
