1 medium green bell pepper
4 oz mushrooms, sliced (1 cup)
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz linguine
1 garlic clove, pressed
Fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 cans italian seasoned diced tomatoes, undrained
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in skillet using olive oil. Cook linguine according to package. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion and garlic to chicken. Bring to a boil, cover. Reduce heat, simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over hot linguine. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
