1 lb ground beef, browned
1 can red beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can Hominy or corn, drained
1 pkg taco seasoning, do not add water
2 cans diced tomatoes w/ green chiles

Directions:

Mix above ingredients together & heat through.

Top with shredded cheese & serve with tortilla chips.

I have used shredded chicken instead of beef and I do add water to give it more of a soup texture rather than dip.
