3/4 C Margarine
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
12 oz. Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
2 1/2 C Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pkg Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, sugar, water and chocolate chips together & cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and salt. Chill about 1 1/2 hours & roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 -15 minutes. Top with Andes Mint and let melt. Swirl with back of spoon.
