1 (12 oz.) bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans of crab or clam meat. We prefer crab.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 bunch fresh parsley, cut into sprigs
1 box Townhouse Crackers

Directions:
Directions:

Soften cream cheese and cover bottom of a large platter. Pour chili sauce over cheese and spread evenly. Sprinkle crab evenly over chili sauce. Place parsley sprigs around outer edge of platter for decorative effect. Scoop with crackers for a delicious hors d'oeuvre.
