1 head of iceberg or Romaine lettuce (chilled)
1 pkg. dried cherries
8 oz. blue cheese (We prefer Denmark imported blue cheese)
1 (4 oz.) sliced almonds, garlic favored. (We use Sunkist Salad Sensation almonds.)
8 oz. grape tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) bottle of vinaigrette or raspberry salad dressing (We prefer raspberry vinaigrette).

Directions:
Directions:
Cut iceberg lettuce into 1 1/2 inch thick wedges. Place wedges on salad plates and cover with a generous portion of remaining ingredients. Crumble the blue cheese.

The combination of cherries, crumbled blue cheese and onion give this salad a wonderful taste sensation. I usually make this when I know that Erin is coming because it is a favorite of hers.
