Outer peel of one pineapple Water to cover Sugar to taste
Boil the outer, inedible peel of a pineapple (and the core, if it is too tough) in water for about 20 minutes. Strain and let cool. Dilute and mix with sugar to taste. It varies a lot according to the sweetness of the pineapple.
