Layered Peppermint Dessert- Nancy Hart

Crush 36 Oreos finely and mix with 4T. melted
margarine. Press into 13x9 glass dish.
Layer of ice cream (peppermint) and freeze
Fudge Sauce: 2 T. butter, 2 squares of unsweetened
chocolate, 6 oz. evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar- Cook and
stir- boil for 30 seconds and add 1 tsp. vanilla- Add & freeze
Layer of ice cream, freeze
Fudge sauce, freeze
Top with Cool Whip and crushed peppermint candy (I top
with crushed Oreos if using a different flavor of ice cream)
