Venison Roast
Salt & Pepper to taste
Seasoning Salt to taste
3 or more Garlic cloves sliced
3 slices bacon
1 pk dry onion soup mix
Worchestershire Sauce to sprinkle
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on heavy duty foil. Season Roast with salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Make small slits and insert garlic slivers. Wrap with bacon slices. Sprinkle worchestershire sauce over roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix over and under roast. Pour mushroom soup over the top and seal tightly with the foil. Bake for apprx 3 hours at 350.
