2 lb fresh lean pork
1/4 lb fat salt pork
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t celery seed
1 t sage
1/2 t marjoram
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pork and fat salt meat. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Make into patties and use or freeze. May be rolled, wrapped and frozen.
