For Crust
1 c plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c chopped nuts.
1- 8oz pack cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipped topping from large container
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
2&3/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Stir in flour and nuts and press into bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375.
Cool completely. (Best to make crust the night before.) Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of whipped topping and layer over crust. Mix 2 packages of chocolate pudding with 2 3/4 cups milk and blend for 2 minutes. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Let stand for a few minutes and then spread on the remainder of the whipped topping. Refrigerate or freeze.
