1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and eggs thoroughly. You will need to mix for at least five minutes. Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Add slowly to butter mixture. Chill dough and ungreased cookie sheet for at least one hour. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll dough into balls and then roll into sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
