1 cup Kraft mayonnaise (low fat can be used)
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
4 1/2 cups cooked chicken
2 granny smith apples, chopped
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and curry powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill. Serve as sandwiches or with crackers.
