Shopping List:


5 Stalks of Scallion (chopped up)
Sliced almonds (1/4-1/2 cup baked until light brown
Raman Noodles (1 pkg-crunch them up)
Red Cabbage - you can buy it already chopped up in bags (4)

For Dressing:
1/4-1/2 cup of pureed onions
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 Tbs. of poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator (make the night before for best results)
When ready to serve, pour scallion, noodles, almonds and dressing in a bowl and toss.
