1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1&1/2 cuups cubed raw potatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup broken spaghetti
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
Salt & Pepper
More shredded cheddar cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' beef, onion and green pepper in butter add beef and cook until browned. Parboil potatoes, carrots and broken spaghetti. Drain and add to meat mixture. Add a cup of cheddar cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, and the soup can filled with milk. Sprinkle additiional cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and bake 45 minutes at 350,
