Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans (15 ounces each) whole white potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 to 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25 minutes.

Variations: Can use canned sliced potatoes. This is good with dry grated Parmesan cheese (in the green canister), but really improves if you use the fresh cheese (sold grated in the dairy section). I substitute dried parsley flakes when I don't have fresh--stir them into the melted butter before pouring over the potatoes.
