2 to 3 zucchini, sliced, cooked and drained
¾ c. shredded carrots
½ c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. butter
2 ¼ c. stuffing cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté carrots and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients, zucchini last. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
