2 10 oz boxes of frozen spinach (thawed)
2 14 oz cans of artichokes
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of shredded Monterey jack cheese
10 oz of cream cheese
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of alfredo sauce

Directions:
Directions:
pre heat oven to 350
with and electric mixer mix everything together in a large bowl (leave out 1/4 cup of mozzarella) Make sure it is not over blended you do want to have some chunks for dipping
put the mixture in a glass baking dish and top with the 1/4 cup of mozzarella.
bake until the cheese bubbles or the top begins to brown.
serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted bread rounds
