1/2 of an angel food cake
12 oz. chocolate chips
2T. butter
1 pint of whipping cream
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt choc. chips with the butter. If you use a microwave do it slowly so the chocolate doesn't harden. Cool.
Beat the whip cream with sugar.
Fold the chocolate into the whipped cream, gently.
In a 9 x 13" pan tear angel food into pieces a little bit larger than bite size. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cake. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.

My sisters probably have a different version. This is what the Champlin kids grew up on-- actually many times I used Dream Whip with 1% milk to keep the fat content low.
