1 can (#2) sliced apples 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 box yellow cake mix
Arrange apples in buttered 8x8x2-inch pan. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cake mix, direct from box. Bake in a moderate oven (375º) for about 30 minutes or until brown.
