Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of bratwurst (sweet is best)
1 c. of shredded assuage/mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp of garlic powder
4 large tbsp of butter (or margarine).
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. of relish
1 package of Bread rolls
1/2 c. of sauerkraut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large frying pan to medium heat.
While this is heating, mix the spices and cheese into the butter in a bowl large enough to dip the bread rolls into. (reserve the mustard and relish) Cover one side of the rolls (this will be facing the hot surface).
Take the mustard and relish and pour them into the hot pan, making sure they are mixed together evenly. Add sauerkraut if desired.
Slice the bratwursts down the middle and place them into the pan. As they cook they will absorb the mustard and relish. Once the bratwursts are fully cooked put them aside but keep them warm. Toast the rolls previously coated with the spice spread and add the bratwurst. Flip over and toast with bratwurst inside. Darken to preference and serve!

Personal Notes:
You need only a large frying pan and spatula. Grooved pans are excellent to achieve a "grilled look." The spiced, toasted bread rolls make a great appetizer by themselves.
A strong spatula is recommended.
