1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon cloves
2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
2 cups chopped pecans
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon
3 eggs
1 cup oil
4 cups chopped green apples

Shift together salt, baking soda, cloves, and cinnamon. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in apples, nuts, sugar, and flour. Stir well. Bake in 13x9 inch pan at 350F for 45 to 65 minutes. Good, Good, Good!!
