2 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp salt
6 TBS Shortening or vegetable oil
6 TBS sweet butter, 3/4 bar
6 TBS water, iced

Directions:
Directions:
Pastry for a 2 crust pie: Sift together flour and salt. Add shortening and butter. Cut butter and shortening into flour. Work the shortening and butter into the flour lightly, using a fork. When mealy in consistency, moisten with 6 TBS of ice water. Form into 2 balls, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Roll out on a floured board.
