1 lb butter
1 c sugar
3/4 c sifted flour
1 t each vanilla, almond and coconut flavoring
1/2 c crushed potato chips (Pringles are fine)
powdered sugar for sprinkling


Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add flavorings then gradually add crushed potato chips. When well blended, drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes or til edges are slightly browned. Do not over bake. Cool slightly til easier to remove from cookie sheet. Remove to waxed paper or cookie rack & sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
