2 pint boxes of strawberries
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. almond extract
2 T. Cointreau or Triple Sec

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle sugar over berries and gently toss. Refrigerate. Whip cream until stiff and add almond extract and Cointreau. Fold in strawberries. Serve at once.

Personal Notes:
Cointreau is expensive so I usually buy a little "mickey" of it at a Package Store. Serve this in a crystal goblet with a cookie and it is wonderful!
