1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 sm. onion, chopped
12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt, pepper
crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and spread in 9x13 casserole pan. Cut up a stick of margarine over the top. Cover with crushed chips. Bake for 1 hour.
