12 Chicken Wings
I cup BBQ sauce
I tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
I tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
I tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp. yellow prepared mustard
1 TBLS soy sauce
1TBLS cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
I tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Cut of wing tips & discard, then divide the wing into two sections. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Put the wings into prepared pan & cook until lightly browned on each side.

Remove from pan & place in crock pot. Mix together remaining ingredients & pour over wings
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 1/2 hours.
