1 Jar of Old English Cheese Spread
1 stick of softened butter
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 can lump crab meat (rinsed and drained)
Season Salt to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
One package of fork split plain English Muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together till smooth. Add crab meat after thoroughly rinsing and washing crabmeat and mix well. Add seasonings.

Split English Muffins and spread each half with the above mixture. (Yield 12 halves). Place each half on a waxed cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and freeze. After frozen, cut each half in fourths and store in an air tight container or storage bag.

To serve: Remove from the freezer and place on a cookie sheet. Broil until golden brown and enjoy.
