1 c. sugar
c. flour
sprinkle of nutmeg
tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
3 eggs
4 heaping cups chopped rhubarb
red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon and set aside. Mix 3 eggs until foamy and creamy (about 2 minutes). Add in dry mix and beat until smooth. Stir 4 heaping cups chopped rhubarb. Add a bit of red food coloring. Pour in pie crust. Bake at 400F for 50 minutes.
