1 large can (12.5 ounces) premium white chicken, rinsed and drained
cup chopped celery
cup sliced green onions
cup alfalfa sprouts, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup sunflower seed (kernels)
tsp onion salt
tsp seasoned salt
tsp granulated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Flake chicken with fork. Add other ingredients and mix well. Moisten as desired with salad dressing, ranch dressing, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, etc. Leftover green onion dip adds a nice zing! Stir in cup salted cashews and re-check consistency. Refrigerate for several hours to let the flavors get to know each other. Spoon into the center of rolls or hollowed bell peppers.
