2 cups shredded and chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup salsa
cup sliced green onions
1 tsp cumin
tsp oregano
tsp salt
8 (7-8 inch) flour tortillas
cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup shredded Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, salsa, onions, and spices. Brush one side of tortilla with melted butter. Spoon about 1/3 cup meat mixtures onto center of unbuttered sides. Top with 2 Tbsp. of cheese. Tuck in sides and roll up tortillas. Place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 475 for 13 minutes or until crisp and golden. Top with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
