1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
cup sugar
1 tsp good vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
variety of fresh fruit (melon, berries, orange slices, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, extract, and lemon juice, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet to form 8 round shells; freeze. Just before serving, fill each shell with cut fresh fruit.
