1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1/2 tbsp. margarine
1 green pepper, cut into strips
c water
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
1 (8 ounce) pkg. of cream cheese, cubed
c milk
c green onion slices
tsp each, season salt and onion salt
Hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in margarine. Add green pepper and water. Mix lightly. Cover and cook over medium heat until meat is tender. Stir in tomato wedges. Continue cooking 10 minutes. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat; stir until smooth. Stir in onions and seasonings. Heat thoroughly. Put the hot noodles on a serving platter. Spoon meat mixture over the noodles. Top with the creamy sauce. Garnish with green onion slices, if desired. Serve immediately.
