8 boneless, skinless chicken half-breasts
1 package (3 oz.) thin-slice smoked beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
8 slices bacon
lb. to 1 lb. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom and sides of a 10" or 12" greased Dutch oven (not a deep oven) with beef. Wrap each breast of chicken with a slice of bacon. Lay bacon-wrapped chicken on sliced beef. Combine sour cream and soup; pour over chicken. Scatter sliced mushrooms on top. Bake approximately 3 hours, until chicken is cooked through. (Approximately 275 oven.) Good served with baked potato use the gravy-like sauce to top potato.

Charcoal briquettes: 10" oven, 10 on top and 8 on bottom.
Charcoal briquettes: 12" oven, 12 on top and 10 on bottom.
