1 pkg. active dry yeast (1 Tbs.)
1 cup warm water
Mix yeast & water. Proof 5 minutes.
Stir in:
1/2 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. olive oil,
2 3/4 cup white flour.

Directions:
Directions:
In bread mixer blend yeast, flour until soft dough forms. Add more flour if needed. Place dough in greased bowl; turn in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled (1 hour). Roll dough out. Bake at 450 on lowest rack for 15 minutes or until done. Makes 1 large or 2 medium pizza's. Option: add garlic salt, oregano to dough for flavoring.
