2 Tbl.Yeast
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup butter melted
3 eggs beaten
2 tsp. Salt
41/2 Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 1/4 Cups of very warm water. Mix sugar, butter,eggs. add yeast. beat again. Add salt and flour. beat. Let raise for 1 1/2 hours. Roll out flat. spread dough with melted butter. cut with pizza cutter in triangles. Roll up triangle and put on Cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 19-20 min.
