1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp.salt
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. boiling water
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, molasses,& butter until well blended. Add beaten egg;
sift salt, spices and flour then add to mixture. Beat well. Add
boiling water. Beat until smooth.
Bake at 350 deg.
