1 lb. ground beef, browned, seasoned to your taste
1 pkg. manicotti noodles, * NOT COOKED COMPLETELY
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 lg. carton 14 oz. ricotta cheese
2 TBS. parsley
1- 16 oz. can spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of 9X13 dish with spaghetti sauce - 1 cup approx. Mix together: cheeses, beef, parsley. Stuff manicotti. Arrange manicotti in dish, cover with rest of spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 -400 for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until hot & bubbly. You may add Italian seasonings or your own mix of seasoning as the manicotti can be bland with all the cheeses.
